Her claws clicked against the cavern floor as she walked inside. It was the peak of the day and it was very hot now. Her breaths were slowing down as she went deeper and it got cooler. But she didn't think it would get so dark. Her ears pricked to catch the sounds and then she turned a corner or two and then decided to take a nap. Laying down she decided to take a nap. Her tail wrapped gently over nose as she closed her eyes.
A couple hours had passed and she breathed out shivering slightly and picked her head up quickly opening her eyes. She had forgotten she had fallen asleep. She jumped to her paws slightly stretching and then started back through the caves. 'Great' she thought. 'now I'm lost in these caverns' She moved slowly now thinking if she panicked she'd run into a wall or something.
After a little bit longer she flattened her ears and then stopped sighing and howled out letting her vocals echo throughout the caves. Hopefully somebody would have heard her.
The brute padded through the cave. Although he had been tied down to a pack, it didn't stop him from going out for excursions, no matter how many times Sade would tell him to help her. He was dancing through the dark cave, enjoying the break from the heat. His mossy green orbs adjusted to the dark easily, and he could see everything clearly. He had put claw marks in the walls in shapes of arrows to the exit, so he would know his way out. He loved these caves so much. They were a break from the real world, from all the work, and very few wolves came back here in fear of getting lost. This brute had no fears of getting lost. Really, he had no fears, period. That was his problem, and he thought too highly of himself. The womanizing brute wouldn't back down in a fight for the sake of pride, he had too much to lose. He thought of himself highly in the looks department, not in the size or anything stupid like that.
The brute's harks perked at the sound of a call, one that spoke lost. He grinned. A femme in need. His mitts were cracked and hardened from travelling, but he could still feel the cold, unforgiving rock beneath them. Placing a few quick marks on his way, the brute strode quicker, nearly running right into the small female. He backed up and looked her over, before nodding in approval. "Hello, beautiful. I can't help but say, I like what I see," he murmured quietly, more to himself. She was welcome to listen, if she's like, but it was more to himself. "I'm Remus, beautiful. What could such a pretty maiden be named, I am dearly curious." he asked in more of a formal tone, and he grinned his playboy grin. "How is it that I am so lucky to bask in such an angelic presence today?"

LADON
Ladon had been strolling along through some creepy looking forest when he happened upon a cavern. He frowned, looking it up and down with snowy grey eyes. Finally he shrugged and sauntered on in ignoring that fact that he could probably get very lost in here. Though when he entered he noticed arrows marked along the walls pointing towards the exit. Perfect! Now that getting lost was out of the way he could continue on. Ladon made his way through the dark tunnels, his heavy paws causing a eerie echo that bounced off the cave's walls. But there was also another noise...voices? Ladon broke into a swift trot, his steps sounding like thunder. Soon the voices became closer and closer and he could make out that it was a femme and a brute. What were they doing in here? Probably the same thing was, staying out of the heat. Ladon turned a corner and almost barreled into them.
Shira had turned away after ending her howl and then heard paw steps coming toward her quickly. She tensed and whipped her head around seeing a male and took a few steps back with teeth slightly bared. Then she heard him say in a lower tone "Hello, beautiful. I can't help but say, I like what I see," Shira slightly frowned at his words but in a way it was a compliment. Her body stood still at a defensive posture though and then she heard him say that his name was Remus and ask of her own.
She thought for a moment and was going to make up a name. Shira didn't trust males very much due to her last run in with one. And he happened to be her half brother. She brung her mind away from the thought and then said "Shira...Shira is my name" Her voice was soft yet held a hint of fear and she turned her head slightly looking at him with one of her golden eyes.
The brute's next words caught her off guard and she said "Angelic?" In her mind it meant that she was good looking but looked weak at the same time and she slightly cocked her ears back and then said "Getting lost in here as I was getting out of the heat... and you?" Now she started to walk around him her muscles just barely showing that she was stronger than she looked. Shira tilted her head hearing more steps and then slightly growled and looked back and gasped stumbling back into Remus smelling another male. The scent slightly smelled like her half brother and she quickly put herself behind Remus. 'That can't be' she thought. But after she caught a glance of the male she relaxed a little and placed her muzzle on the top of Remus's back sighing.
Before the playboy had begun to speak, the tiny maiden was crouched in front of him. Snarling. He spoke anyway, to see it made her relax. Shira. Unusual, like his own, but yet, yes, it did have a special ring to it. It fit her. Giving a light smile, Remus gave his next line. 'Angelic?' she repeated the word uneasily, as though it offended her. He was just about to explain, when she answered his question. She seemed anything but mad. She moved to show off her shiny pelt that covered strong muscles. Yes, Remus did like what he saw. A lot. "Pleasure to join you, Shira. I was simply enjoying the few hours of sanity I had before I had t--" His sentence was cut off as a Shira ducked behind him, and a large brute bumped into him lightly. It wasn't a hard it, and Remus didn't move, realizing that the tiny Shira was ducked behind him. "Hey! Watch it!" the ruddy playboy snapped. He could've really hurt Shira if that had been any harder, or him. Either way, he didn't like other males. He stood, stiff, when Shira placed her head on his back with a sigh. Remus glanced back at her and loosened his muscles. "Sorry man, that was rude of me. You just startled me," he apologized. This would be a bad spot to get in a fight. He turned her head to look at Shira, "This is Shira," he introduced her, giving her a gentle nudge with his nose, before he looked back at the male, "And I'm Remus," He hoped this would go well.

Ladon
Ladon snarled in annoyance as he bumped into the other brute. He didn't have any time to even say sorry as the other male spat out a snappy insult. Ladon narrowed his eyes and his tale rose up. Another male and a female. This couldn't end well. But just like that the odd wolf in front of him suddenly relaxed and apologized for being so rude. Ladon relaxed as the mood changed. "I wasn't expecting to find anyone else in these caves, I didn't know there were any wolves even brave enough to set foot in here, besides me of course." The white wolf laughed, a cocky smile settling on his maw. "I am Ladon. Its a pleasure to meet you Shira and Remus. But why do you look so scared pretty she-wolf?" He asked softly. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you." It was obvious this new wolf was full of himself.
She listened to Remus as he had begun to tell her why he was inside the caves before she ducked behind him. As she watched the second male bump into Remus but not move and then heard Remus snap at the male and soon apologize. Shira nodded her head to the male as Remus introduced her and then himself. She stood still tensed behind Remus as she hears the brute say "I wasn't expecting to find anyone else in these caves, I didn't know there were any wolves even brave enough to set foot in here, besides me of course." "Well if you're wanting to get out the summer heat you have to be brave enough" she said gently placing her head back down across Remus's back.
Her ears pricked as she heard him say that his name was Ladon and then ask why was she scared. 'Scared' she thought. Shira smirked once Ladon said he wasn't going to hurt her. "I know you probably wouldn't" she spoke slightly moving from behind Remus. Her golden orbs scanned Ladon over quickly and she relaxed saying "I wasn't scared. I was just..." she thought for a moment then finished "Surprised" She waved her tail and sat down beside Remus calmly.
Remus narrowed his orbs as the brute spoke again, "I wasn't expecting to find anyone else in these caves, I didn't know there were any wolves even brave enough to set foot in here, besides me of course." Remus gave a quiet snort, not audible to anyone's ears but perhaps Shira's. "Well if you're wanting to get out the summer heat you have to be brave enough" Shira replied, and Remus gave a nod, agreeing with her completely, before she placed her head across his back. This maiden was perhaps a flirt like himself, although slightly less open about it. It couldn't be that Shira actually had feelings for him in such a short period of time, so it would mean she was a flirt.
"I am Ladon. Its a pleasure to meet you Shira and Remus. But why do you look so scared pretty she-wolf?" Remus was just about to object, that Shira probably wasn't scared, when Ladon spoke again, "Don't worry, I won't hurt you." Remus pinned his ears, not completely trusting whatever brain this wolf had, if any. Shira smirked and moved out from behind Remus, before she spoke again. "I know you probably wouldn't" Remus smirked and turned to look at the pretty dove behind him. "I wasn't scared. I was just..." She stopped, to think for a word that fit it easily, before she sat down beside him and spoke the final word. "Surprised". Remus gave a huge grin. He was proud of the dove behind him. "Yes, we were very surprised,"

Ladon
Ladon listened as the she-wolf explained herself. He didn't seem to be insulted by her comebacks nor did was he upset by Remus' remark. Instead he stood there with the same look on his handsome face, look of 'I'm better than you and you need to know it.' Ladon smirked and once again his maw opened. "You've got a sharp tongue dove, but I'm guessing you would rather use teeth and claws to get your way out of a struggle. You on the other hand," Ladon's voice suddenly became lower as he turned to look at Remus. "Like to dance around the subject and try to use your charms. I bet that's what you did on that gorgeous little she-wolf Sade. Shes naive so I bet your smooth talking worked well." The brute smirked as he waited for his words to set in and Remus to react. Conflict was what Ladon thrived on, but nothing dirty, just friendly.
(Ooc: Loved both replies! Poor Shira has had a rough past after leaving her adoptive family that's the only reason she turned on Ladon and Remus)
When she heard Ladon say "You've got a sharp tongue dove, but I'm guessing you would rather use teeth and claws to get your way out of a struggle. You on the other hand," with a smirk Shira snorted standing up snapping "Actually you speak wrongly. I rely on my teeth and claws as a last resort" She waved her tail tension returning in her body. "My bark is actually worser than my bite, dear Ladon" she spoke. She moved slightly in between the two males saying to Ladon "Though for you I could make an exception" She had fought males before. It was nothing new to her. Though both males were a tad bigger than her.
Her ears pricked at Ladon's words toward Remus. 'Sade?' she thought. So maybe Shira had allowed her guard to drop more than she liked on the male, Remus. In a split moment she had spun around toward him her golden eyes holding anger. "You're a female manipulator!" she snapped her ears going back as she moved away from both males now. "You males are all the same...You either think to highly of yourself and think they know others or you seduce us females!" she said with a more firmer tone her words echoed through the cave.
How did she even think about letting her guard down? She shook her broad head and turned away from both and took off again. Letting her sleek legs carry her quickly. She turned a corner and the cavern floor came to a bit off a drop off though if one had been careful it was more of a downward hill and could slide down. She let out a frightened yelp as she tumbled down and hit a couple medium-sized rocks.
When she stopped she laid still and her vision started to get blurry. She closed her eyes fighting to give in on going unconscious. When she opened her eyes and could focus she moved her muscles but they hurt and she sighed letting out a painful whimper. All she had planned was to get out of the heat till the sun went down and then go hunt. Not get lost in the cave, meet two males, and then get hurt.
Ladon's smirk remained on his far-too-large visage, and Remus had to hold back from tearing it off. Sure, he had a temper, but he would hold it. That's all Ladon wanted. Was a fight. "You've got a sharp tongue dove, but I'm guessing you would rather use teeth and claws to get your way out of a struggle. You on the other hand," Ladon teased the tiny dove beside Remus, and then moved on to him, "Like to dance around the subject and try to use your charms. I bet that's what you did on that gorgeous little she-wolf Sade. Shes naive so I bet your smooth talking worked well." he finished. A snarl rose from Remus' throat. "Sade is my Alphesse. She is not naive," he snapped, stepping forward, before continuing, "And, for your information, I didn't smooth talk her. It's just meet, you sick flea bag," he exploded, and then, turned to hear Shira's lecture on Ladon as well. But then, it was his turn. "You're a female manipulator! You males are all the same...You either think to highly of yourself and think they know others or you seduce us females!" she snapped, and before Remus could protest, took off into the depths of the cave. He stared for a moment, turned to Ladon and snarled. "Go somewhere else. I don't need you here. I'll get her," he snapped, more worried about Shira than his own hatred toward this wolf, and it was expressed in his voice. Shira reminded him of Sade in a way, and he would do anything for the both of them. He had a certain soft spot for both of them, and he would jump off a cliff and die if it meant saving them. A yelp reached his ears, and he pushed himself into the fastest sprint he could manage. Reaching a dip in the cave, he slowed down. At the bottom, Shira was laying in an uncomfortable position. "Shira!" he called, his tone clearly full of worry. He gave the hill no thought and slid down in, landing lightly beside his friend. "Shira? Shira, can you hear me?" he asked her, his vocals deep. "Come on, answer me!" he barked, and nudged her face with his nose. He was pacing nervously. He licked her nose, and kept nudging her face and her neck. She had to be okay! It was his fault she ran off!

She heard the his voice before she saw him beside her. 'Remus?' she thought. His voice sounded like he was worried. Why? He touched her calling out her name for her to answer him. Then she realized it was herself that he was worried about! He had came after her even after she had went off on him and Ladon. It was sweet actually because somehow she did like the male. "R-Remus?....you came for me even after I snapped at you?" she spoke in pain her eyes still focusing on him.
Straining her muscles to move she let out a soft whimper and sighed flattening her ears. "I'm sorry I snapped at you, Remus" she said softly.
Remus stared intently at the little, lithe femme in front of him, twisted painfully on the cavern floors. "R-Remus?....you came for me even after I snapped at you?" She asked quietly, her voice filled with pain and discomfort, while her eyes focused on him. "Of course, Shira. I deserved it. I always deserve it," He muttered, his eyes focusing far away. Her muscles strained to move, to get up, and with a sigh and a whine, she spoke again. "I'm sorry I snapped at you, Remus" he looked at her. "It's fine, babe. Like I said, I deserved it. Come on then, get up and at 'er," he teased lightly, nudging her up with his head. She had to get up, before Remus forgot which way they came in.
"Of course, Shira. I deserved it. I always deserve it," she heard him answer and she blinked her eyes now focused on him as she said "No, I was at fault. I seem to always get ahead of myself" Sighing she heard him tease "It's fine, babe. Like I said, I deserved it. Come on then, get up and at 'er," Feeling him help nudge her up she moved her legs. Standing up she tried to put some pressure on her left paw but really couldn't.
Shira growled to herself for being so careless and just taking off like she did. Looking back at Remus she said "My paw is strained pretty badly" Now all she wanted to do was get out of the caves. She'd had enough of them for once.
"No, I was at fault. I seem to always get ahead of myself" she sighed, and Remus shook his head, disagreeing. She stood up when he nudged her, and he smiled. "There we go. You're fine," he murmured, and she looked at him. "My paw is strained pretty badly" she told him, and Remus nodded. "Yes ma'am. Lean on me if you need to. I'll help you out of here. I won't leave you behind, that's a promise, even if I have to carry you out of here by the scruff of your neck," he teased about the last part, but he was serious in a way too. He wouldn't leave her behind. Ever.
