Name: Ramakrishna, Rama for short. (Hindi meaning Dark or Black)
Age: 3 2/3 years
Gender: Male
Personality: Ramakrishna is a rather quiet male. He's collected, quite kind to others, very loyal to those he trusts, and rather wise for his age. Sometimes Rama can be a bit of a hot-head if he's grumpy enough though, and if he thinks you deserve it, quite punishing. Rama is has a more dominant personality, unwilling to take selfish and rude crap from other wolves, which can make him a fairly good leader. Ramakrishna is also a very polite character, holding on to the 'don't curse in front of pups and females' sort of way. He is also extremely kind to females, very gentle with them, unless they prove to be a trashy kind of female. Rama is a wolf who doesn't hand out respect, you must earn it from him. (103 words)
Appearance: Being a Tundra wolf, Mackenzie Valley wolf cross, makes Rama a very large wolf. He stands at three feet shoulder-height, seven feet in length, and usually weighs about one-hundred-and-forty pounds. Rama has thick, stocky legs, a big, deep chest, and a pretty large neck which supports a large skull. His paws are rather large, but you can only tell when you compare his paws with another. His ears are slightly larger than average and come to a rounded point. His muzzle is thick and rather short, being slightly pointy at his nose, but rounding nicely on his chin, he has a kind of broad head, and Rama is quite muscular, the only place you can really notice it though, is on his legs. He has a pretty fluffy tail, but not too poofy or feathery, and it come down mid-hock.
His coat is fine a fluffy, a solid, even toned dark, dark grey, with the exception of a light grey strap that comes down from his shoulders, onto his chest, slightly down on his belly, and an off-white muzzle which fades off onto his throat and cheeks. Ramakrishna's legs and ears are blackest, his legs and paws being completely black. His claws are black, his paw pads are a deep gray-pink color, outlined in a dark grey color, and his tail is black. The end being a bit thin causes it to look white-tipped in winter, for you can catch the snow through it. Rama's back and face are lightly flecked with light grey, and his eyes are a silver-glazed green, but the green is hardly noticeable, mainly so only in summer.
History: Ramakrishna was born in a litter of seven, being one of the two black pups, but of course being the blackest. His black female sibling was more of a silver. The rest of his siblings were dark brown, with the exception of two light brown siblings, that had much more of a while color on them, and some rusty reds.
Unfortunately, two of his siblings died due to malnourishment and illness, another to a predator, and another, when she was but a yearling, to a fight with a rogue. But alas, Rama's life was fair. A few fights for dominant positions in his natal pack, for food, and once for a potential mate. Unfortunately, things hadn't worked for him and the female he had his eyes on. He lost her to his brother.
Losing that fight was the only thing that made Ramakrishna hateful. His brother, Edom, always had the best things. The best eating of a kill, the power over the pack, the favor of their father, and now, Rama's first love. For the first time ever, Rama hated his brother, to a point where he wanted Edom to suffer.
Over time, Rama healed and knew that he was in the wrong for wishing his kin ill, but he was still jealous and did not want to listen to reason. He decided to leave his pack at one-and-a-half years of age, for he felt that there was nothing left for him there. The night before his departure, his father came and spoke with him.
Ramakrishna was a bit surprised when he did. His father and he never had a heart-to-heart, unlike Edom. His father spoke of seasons and how everything had it's time, he spoke of reasons and his own mistakes, and he finished with telling Rama that he was still a proud father of wonderful sons, Rama being one of them.
This ran deep into Rama. He forgave his brother and was even more determined to set out on his own journey. Not just because he felt there was nothing for him here any longer, but now he saw that he was being called down hi own path.
The next morning he left his family and friends and traveled to another pack. His first pack was kind and understanding, which was a good place to start. Rama took a place as subordinate, and further developed his personality, learning from others and the ways of a stranger pack. Eventually he was called to set off again, bidding his new pack farewell, and traveling to another. His second pack was fairly the same, but a few different, harder rules were at use. Here he learned how to lead and how to respect. He worked hard in the pack, but he left when a new alpha had taken over. The new alpha wasn't bad or ruthless, but a bit inexperienced for Rama to be comfortable following.
Now he is roaming the forests, traveling the path that is marked with his name.
Family: All at his natal pack, for as much as he knows.
Mate: Nope
Pups: Nope again
Example Post:
Large, black paws cut through dense, dead grass. The cicadas began to buzz on the tall pines of the forest as the sun came out from the clouds again. This time was hot, and it was summer days like this that the large, black male cursed his own, thicker-than-average coat. He did so in his mind, for he did not want to go trudging through the lands letting every creature aware of his presence, and his tongue was too busy hanging from his parted jowls.
Promptly, Rama's throat became extremely dry, crying out for a lap at a cool stream. Unfortunately, this summer was not only hot, but it also dry, and Ramakrishna hadn't passed a bed of water for some time now. The black male veered off from his original path to his left, collapsing underneath a heavily shaded fur tree. The shade was wonderful to get out of the blasting, scorching rays of the sun, but it wasn't very much. Rama sat up and dug the toasted pine needles out from under him. He then dug slightly deeper into the cool earth and then rested his body down, outstretched to cool down. Tongue still lolling, he put down his head and closed his silvery eyes. Perhaps he could sleep through this hot afternoon onto evening, and travel further during the cool air of night.

ADDITIONAL: Is the silver-glazed, green eye thing alright? It looks silver in the image, but I am not sure if you could accept silver. I thought the silver-glazed green might be a better option too.
