She pulled up, and stammered something, obviously embarrassed. He nodded, grinning widely. "Who?" he asked, seriously, before smiling, "You little pest," he chuckled, to show he was just kidding. He lifted his maw to the air, listening to the song from the birds and smelling the scent of wolves and love, all about. Immediately, Zena came to his mind. Zena. Sweet sweet Zena. The Alphesse, the femme who had changed his heart and mind. He was going back to see her, there was no way death in his own world could stop him. Zena. "Zena.." he murmured quietly, his mind quickly tuning back to the present. He looked at Sacred, hoping she hadn't heard him. That would end bad.

Walls came up around Sacred's past and emotions, to exhausted to put up a fight she carefully let them fall. "One of my brothers, Nickel was his title. He saved me from going over a waterfall, that's why I'm so scared of water.. That same waterfall ended my family's life." A small smile krept into her visage and a chuckle escaped her mouth at his pest comment. Looking at the sky when Roe did, listening to the whispering wind, the rustleing leaves anything to distract hersel from the sound of rushing water behind her. Catching the name that Roe whispered. Sacred cocked her head, her eyes meeting his. "If you don't mind me asking, who is Zena?" A glint of knowledge in her eyes and tone. Sacred knew Roe, this seemingly cold giant, had feeling for this Zena character by his tone and the kindness that appeared in his grey orbs. It was the first trace of real emotion that she had seen in them.
When Sacred spoke of her past, Roe nodded. Most wolves didn't like sympathy, and she would have said it differently if she wanted sympathy. She smirked and look up at the sky when he did, and when Roe murmured Zena's name, looked at him. At first, he thought he would be mocked by the rude side of Sacred, the one from earlier, but instead, understanding and intelligence of the situation came from the look in her orbs. Roe smiled as she asked. He didn't know how to explain it. "Zena.. She's well.. She's Zena. She's sweet, she's amazing. She's the alphesse, and she's.. She's just.." he stopped, not knowing how else to put it.

A smile was upon Sacred's pretty face, her eyes had their original spark back in them. All memory of what had just happened forgotten. "So she's like me? Just so amazing you cant even describe her?" Adding a wink, it was easy to tell that she was kidding around. "You seem to like this femme, Zena. What pack is she Alphesse for?" Sacred absent-mindedly played wih a round rock with her forepaws. In her mind she was picturing this she wolf Zena, ever time she did, though the colours varried, she was always pretty and had startling coloured eyes, not bad it just added to her beauty. Looking back up, Sacred looked Roe in the eye waiting for his response. She watched for any shift in movement that would suggest that he was lying. The images of Zena lingered in her mind.
Roe watched little Sacred smile brightly, a normal spark returning to her orbs. Roe smiled back. Sacred was one of the very few wolves that have broken through his walls, and all through making him hate me more than anything in the world. "So she's like me? Just so amazing you cant even describe her?" Sacred teased, and Roe chuckled deeply. A grin set in place on his maw. He nodded, laughing quietly some more. This grin might as well had made a permanent spot on his maw, Roe decided. His laughter seized for her next question. A smile lit upon his maw. Of course, Sade had asked this question earlier. He smiled. "Zena, Alphesse of the White Lake Pack," he said proudly, as if he were the Alpha himself. A grin split across his maw.

Sacred laughed along with Roe, and smiled at his awkward grin. His next statment was normal enough, but the way he said it, as if he were the Alpha, was quite interesting. "What does Zena think of you?" Sacred tilted her head watching Roe's expression. It seemed he liked this wolf more than he admitted. The sun was going down and the forest had a dark tinge to it. "I know a good resting spot, if you want to talk there." Stnding up, she skirted around the water putting a much distance as possibly, her muscles tense, and her legs feltlike lead.
