Dancing through the forest, popping her head through the moss curtains, usually used for mates, although Sacred knew no one else was in this enchanting forest. If there was her delicate, femme nose would be able to pick it up, and her sharp, multicolored eyes would be able to pick them out, like a hawk spotting a field mouse far below. Swiftly prancing through the emerald forest, Sacred loved it here. There were always unsuspecting brutes, sometimes with their mates or lady friends, to mesmerize. Of course she never did anything with them, but simple liked to watch the other femmes anger and jealousy. Jumping a log, once a towering tree, and landing by the sparkling blue lake. Sitting down, and staring at her reflection, waiting for any sound, or flash of movement.
Pale, grey orbs observed the dark green area as the couples and mates wove through the trees, showing affection and giving just taking some time alone. It was a quiet other than the groups, especially from up above where Roe was sitting. He was sitting on a ledge, his huge bod hardly moving other than his even breathing. He watched, oversaw, watching everything. And then, a small brown femme, with visible ashen markings, danced her way through the green forest. Alone. She poked her ebony nose through curtains of moss, as though looking for someone. With heavy mitts and uneven steps, the cocoa brute struggled down the ledge, picking the thickest ledges, planning each step before it was taken.
As he reached the bottom, his pads with cushioned with fungi and moss, keeping his heavy steps muffled from any searching harks. He used a simple strategy of following in a parallel fashion, keeping an even distance from the young maiden. As she plopped herself down on the lakeside, the brute emerged from the green trees. "Hello, madame. I couldn't help but distinguish the certainty that you had possibly strayed from your home. Would you need some assistance?" His vocals were intelligent, his pale grey optics hard and cold as they regarded her, his massive bulk causing him to look down on the fair nymph.
the past is a wonderful place to visit, but not to stay
Sacred heard the massive brute carefully walk towards her, a smile crept onto her visage, it litghtened her face. Her tail swayed back and forth, as she waited for the male to come closer, Sacred peered into the mirror like pond. Seeing his size and colour, she couldn't help but think he was fairly attractive. Whe her orbs countinued up his body, finally resting on his eyes, she was shocked at how cold and aggressive they were. A flirty expression came over Sacred's visage, slightly turning her dome, only allowing the oncomer to see her golden eye, her tail lightly brushed over the brutes front paws, curling slightly around his one ankle before returning back to her side. As Sacred waited for a suggestive first sentence, she was shocked when he simply asked her if she had strolled to far from home and needed help getting back. How could he! I'm not a child!Taking a deep breath, Sacred held her composer. "Thanks for the offer, but I'm here for a reason..." Her voice like a melody, as Sacred batted her eyelashes.
The maiden was a flirt. That was for sure, indeed it was. She wrapped her tassel around his front mitts, before pulling it back. His body remained the same. He was never sure if other's want to cause anger and frustration, or love and attraction. He would show neither, to keep her away from reaching her goal. His harks listened to her sweet toned lyrics as she batted her eyelashes. A reason? A simple reason, she might say, but she had caught his curiosity. When he had first saw the dove, she had appeared to be young still, still pup like. Her body seemed like it was not yet filled out, like instead it was just skin that was waiting for it's turn to be filled in. Now she appeared more elegant, more lady-like, her body just petite, but her maturity, for the most part, soared in the air. She must be a different breed of wolf, from farther away. He has not seen one like her before.
Orbs stared at her, examining her petite bodice. She was not a wolf from around these parts, but instead, more of a smaller built, thin wolf. Her bulk appeared frail, but, unlike Roe's, graceful. She had her dome tilted slightly, only revealing her one eye. "And why?" he asked, his voice quiet and slightly raspy. He had simply spoken to Zena, awhile back, but still. His voice sounded raspy, from not being used. What was this dame's name? A pondered thought indeed. She looked like a maiden he used to know awhile back, named Elli. He remembered her. She was sweet and kind, but nothing like this doe, either. "And your title?" he asked simply again, curt, when he decided he better speak of his, "Roe, is my own," He sat back on his haunches, his mitts tired from holding up his huge mass. Even though he was sitting down, he still had to look down to see the dove.

Slightly flustered by these non-existent reaction from this massive brute. She could tell he didn't talk much from the rasp in his voice. Her orbs, one still hidden, stared at the male wolf. If she hadn't been brought up with a high education, Sacred wouldn't have had a clue what Roe was saying.
He had addressed himself as Roe. An unusual name, but some how fitting. Enjoying the feel of his eyes studying her bodice, Sacred turned so he could see more of it. " My title is Sacred" her voice like a melody, " And my purpose.." knowing she had made him curious she paused for a dramatic effect, weighing her options for what to do next. Watching the large male sit on his haunches, still taller than her by a lot. Her exposed and hidden eye still watching him. Instead on answering his question, Sacred decided to not be so blunt, and ask him the same question. "Why, might I ask, are you here?" her voice still song like. Still batting her eyelashes.
A slightly flustered expression crept to the maiden's visage, perhaps to his strange words, or perhaps to his non-existent reaction. Either way, it didn't matter. He had gotten the desired reaction. She kept her bodice turned, reveal only one eye, before she turned her frame, allowing him to see more. Instead, he raised his orbs to her one visible orb, showing no more interest in the view of her form. Sacred? What a.. Strange name. Sacred she was, he decided. Scacredly insane. As he listened for her purpose, she demanded what he was doing here. The brute decided this was his chance to go against her, to make her mad. "Well, I simply saw a young pup, and decided to come check it out. Turns out, it was you," his words were wise, spoken slowly, carefully, but without emotion, although at the end, he said it like it was a disappointment to find her. That should tick her off.

Seeing in his eyes she had giving him the desired reaction, Sacred slowly took a deep breath and calmed herself, if she kept giving him what HE wanted she would never get what SHE wanted. And right now that was mostly for him to leave her alone, he was getting weird glances from everyone, which usually wasn't a good thing for Sacred. Watching a happy, dreamy eyed couple leave, she turned her attention back to the Brute. When she announced her "title" she saw an odd expression enter his visage, My name is weird? HIS name is weird. She stopped herself before she could let on to anything. She could she him still interested in her response to why she is here. Just before he answered why he was here, Sacred saw a cold glare in his eyes. She knew he was going to say something mean or rude, although rude may not be in his vocabulary. Although Roe was smart and Sacred knew, but she would never admit it.
When Roe curtly put that she looked like a pup and was immature. Sacred almost lunched for his thought then and there, put thought better of it. Whipping her head around, revealing two glowing eyes. Silently seething, Sacred didn't allow a reaction, her different eyes still glared at him, it was mostly hidden though, although she wasn't trying to hide it for if she was you wouldn't have been able to tell. Her eyes bore into him, she kept reminding herself that all he wanted was a reaction. "Don't sound so disappointed... Or I may start thinking you dig little girls." Leveling her gaze with his, they were filled with the fact that she would follow through with that statement. Once enticing eyes, now held dancing darkness.
The brute watched her expression easily, sitting back on his haunches, his legs tiring. His cold gaze glanced at a few wolves that were looking at him funny, his mind calculating how this would look for Sacred. He caught Sacred watching with a disappointed expression almost, but kept a straight expression. Good. When he mentioned finding her, he caught a spark in her eye, before she spun her head around, both eyes glaring darkly at him, "Don't sound so disappointed... Or I may start thinking you dig little girls." She barked cruelly, in the unusual child speak. Dig was a child word, in his opinion, when used in such a fashion. She attempted to level his gaze, although she had to tilt her head up slightly to reach the level. Roe kept a plain facade, instead allowing his eyes to roll. "I do not comprehend such child speak. I was simply disappointed it was you, instead of a young child that couldn't speak" he said in a calm, level tone. With that, he popped off of his haunches and turned away to get a drink from the lake. 'Such a fool,' Walk, "Talk", 'think'
Sacred examined Roe's visages' expressions carefully, watching for any change, there was little. He announced that she was talking "child speak" making Sacred roll her eyes. In her opinion he was being the old geezer that never had fun, and if he couldn't have fun he would make sure no one else had any either. What could she say to make him stop thinking of her as a fool, and worse an infant!? Sacred would not give up until this was acomplished. Not that she cared what he thought, but it might travel through these woods, and then everyone would talk to her like an infant, there was almost nothing else that made her angier then someone talking to you like you were a complete nut case.
Watching Roe take a drink, she noticed how far the ground was from his head. How was anyone THAT big? "So you admit you would have taken advantage of an infant, the fact that they couldn't get away, how they couldn't even call out. Disgusting doesn't even begin to define you, sitting up there on your little perch, watching couples make love and express their feelings and desires, not knowing someone was watching them observing even, makes me want to hurl at what goes on in your mind... No wonder you were alone.By the way I don't think that says much for your vision.. Or intelligence, if you thought I was an infant." dismisivley flicking her tail, as if she were done with this conversation. Instead of using "little kid words" she had made sure that none appeared in her statment. Turning slightly away, ambiguously waiting for his response, maybe a blow to the brain and pride department would atleast make an expression cross his large face.
She had given the large brute an eye-roll when he had mentioned childish words. The petite maiden was fiesty, he'd give her that. Just as he finished a sip of water and was about to speak to her, she proceeded to hollar at him, snapping something with rude lyrics about being disgusted. After her voice shut up, Roe took another few sips of the icy cold water, and raised his dome to look at the maiden. "You resemble a fly, fiesty, yet highly annoying, like a buzz in my ear. Good day now, young nymph," and with that, the large brute turned away and disappeared into the forest.

Eyes narrowed, fur standing on end, like a porcupine waiting for a martin to attack, Sacred watched the large brute leave. Still fuming about what Roe had said, she turned on a dime and marched in the opposite direction. Distracted by her anger Sacred didn't notice the large cat infront of her until it hissed and bared it's fangs. Wided eyed Sacred turned and ran, heart pounding so loud it sounded like thunder in her ears. The cats paws were silent as it chased after Sacred, determined to have her for a snack. Sacred had no idea what this creature was, since her home land never gave birth to this species, it resembaled a linx in a way except much larger and a tan colour. Leaping over a log, the feline swiped at her hanches, grazing the skin but no blood came. Picking up speed Sacred raced through the once innocent woods blindly, hoping to put distance between her and this monster. Not reconising the scent of water behind the bush she just barged through. When the cat was chasing her, Sacred just felt paniced but now that she had stepped into the water fear overtook ever sense, every nerve and.. it froze her. As the water dragged her farther and farther away from the shore, her thoughts travelled to the last time Water had caught her in its deadly hands. Her head plunged under the surface and riped her thoughts away from Nickel, one of her brothers that had saved her life, struggling to keep her dome above the water. Choking for breath, but only inhaling more water, Sacred managed to poke her head above the water just long enough to see a drop ahead, before Water's greedy grip dragged her back under. Cursing her petite bodice, Sacred braced herself for the drop.
The brute padded away easily, easily, avoiding the explosion that would soon follow. From afar, he looked back, only to see the fair nymph had gone. He shook his head. A strange creature she was. She was simply a mere pup! Marching off, he suddenly heard the call of a cougar. Knowing that it was probably Sacred that had gotten herself in some kind of trouble, he began to move in that direction, his pace quickening. A yelp rang to his harks, and the cocoa brute crashed through the foliage, soon coming to a waterfall. The petite bodice of Sacred was curled in a ball, braced for the fall that could end her life. The massive brute, leaped forward and grabbed the scruff of her neck, tearing her out just as she was about to go over. He set her down at his feet, being careful not to hurt her. "Careful, lass,"

Bracing for a fall that never came, Sacred was curled in a ball and holding her breath. A slight pain started in the scruff of her neck, knowing this wasn't the pain that would have ended her life, she carefully opened one eye as Roe gently set her down on the ground. Mistaking him for her gentle giant brother, Nickel, Sacred inched forward an laid inbetween his two front paws, warming herself s she did she closed her eyes. When they opened again her vision blurred, still not reconising Roe for who he really was, nuzzeling her head on his leg. Trying to show him how much she had missed him and how grateful she was for him saving her... again, when herr voice wouldn't work.
The brute waited for Sacred to snap at him, being that annoying buzzing pest again, when she simply laid there, moving forward and placing her head in between his legs. She nuzzled his foreleg, and Roe looked at her, wondering if she was okay. "Sacred, dear, are you fine?" He demanded, his voice calm, caring. He gently placed his head on top of hers, attempting to give her body heat.

Confusion swept over Sacred. Why was Nickel talking like this? A heavy head rested a top her slight dome, a weight to heavy to belong to her long gone brother. Vision less blurred she raised her eyes to meet the startling coldness kept in his gray eyes. Gasping Sacred pulled away, sitting up she turned her head away, eyes filled with sorrow. "I'm sorry.... I-I thought you were.....Thank you for-for saving me.." Eyes searching the ground for something non-existence.
