Name:
Roe
Age:
Three Years Old
Gender
Male
Personality:
Quiet, calculating Roe over-thinks everything. His brain never quite shuts down, and he could spend hours looking at a leaf, wondering just why leaves were created. He's very mischievous, and he often keeps his calculations to himself. He's a whiz; he always was. When he speaks, his words leave others speechless, for the most part, and so, he just keeps to himself. He's not very fast, and he's often clumsy, but he's great to have around. Hunting is no issue for him, his intelligence quickly earning him what he lacks in agility and possibly more. If you tell him something about you, he can remember it for years on end. His eyes are cold and hard, often coming off as unapproachable.
Appearance:
Ashen shades blend nicely with the slim portion of bronzed fur to create a dazzling pelt that protects and warms an immense figure. Cold and calculating optics that stare out at the surrounding terra are a pale grey, like death left out in the sun too long. Starting along his gullet, an admirable ivory color slithers down to his cage, pooling out wider and rushing down to his stomach, where the color becomes a lake of alabaster, covering the whole underside of his massive form. His thick dial is always on a swivel, his long boa muscular and usually stretched forward to see further than he really can.
History:
A litter of five was born, and Roe was just a regular pup among the group. He was in a small pack, simply his relatives, but they were all very distant from each other mentally. It was disturbing. Many times, they wouldn't even come back for weeks, and just leave the pups deserted. Roe had three brothers and one sister. Due to the lack of food for weeks at a time, the pups, including Roe himself, became very frail and thin. They were on the brim of death. Him and his siblings had been very close, only being able to rely on each other of the few weeks they've been born. When his first brother died, something inside Roe snapped. He couldn't let the same fate that had demolished his brother so easily, do the same to the rest of them. That's when his calculating began. He stared at the lake for hours, when a large trout came along. Calculating the strategy so easily, so naturally, the thin pup managed to strategize the fish to death. His siblings came first, before he fed himself. They continued in that fashion for days, until his second brother was killed by a bear, a lack of protection. The fault of his family, the wolves he now hated. That's when it was time to leave.
He caught fish for the next couple weeks, waiting for them to come home, although part of his intelligent little mind knew they never would. It was impossible. And so, at the simple age of four months, he convinced his siblings it was time to go, and the three of them moved out. Away they went, trying to escape their devasting past that had turned Roe into the cold beast he had become. His future. They travelled along, soon discovering there were more prey out there to hunt, more adventures to be discovered. Fattening up quite a bit off of Roe's intelligence, his brother's strength and his sisters agility, the trio was undefeatable. By other living creature's, that is. Not mother nature though. Not fire. And that's exactly what came and defeated them, separating them for a year. A year later, they found each other, but their personalities clashed too much, his sister a sweet, flirtatious wolf with a playful, optimistic personality, his brother tough and an Alpha. They soon separated, admitting defeat to themselves. Two years of travelling alone took a great toll on his social life, and he found it difficult to have conversations. He hopes to find some friends in the near future, and possibly a pack that accepts his intelligence.
