The alphesse watched, impressed, as he snapped a neck easily, avoiding the horns effortlessly. It was impressive, actually. She allowed a tiny smile to slide upon her maw, her azure pools sparkling in the sunlight. Yiska hauled the two bodies up to the other one, and she examined the bodies briefly. They would bring great food, a great start to this year. She glanced at Yiska,
"Wonderful, for sure. This will is amazing! You were very intelligent out there. Would you mind helping me bring these back to the storage?" The ivory femme asked politely, before she grabbed a leg a began to haul the kill behind her. If he couldn't take two, they would come back.

the past is a wonderful place to visit,
but not to ~~stay~~

"Of course," he replied, picking up the two smaller bodies. "Rear euh way." His mouth was full, so he nodded and hoped she would understand that he was ready to follow her. He wondered where "storage" would be. Near the dens? He hoped so. He wanted to see where he would be sleeping. He also wanted to see how the dens were made. He doubted any wolf could have dug right into the rock. Maybe they were caves or hollow trees. In the meantime he would relax and enjoy the prospects his new life brought him and the natural beauty around him.
